The EcoTrail® Paris is a semi-autonomous race. Assistance is only allowed at refreshment posts.
Bags can be retrieved near the race arrival area.
Yes. Each runner can leave their personal belongings in their own bag at the race departure area. The bag must hold the sticker provided in the bib envelope.
Yes. You can chose the “send bib via mail” option when registering online (available for trail running events only). This option is available until January 25th 2019 only. Your bib will be sent within 15 days before the race if you provided all the information required in your registration application and if your medical certificate has been approved by the organizer before Friday, February 4nd.
Yes, as long as you can provide the following:
1. Their bib number
2. Their proof of identity (copy or original)
Training sessions are provided by our partner XRUN. They are free if you already registered to the EcoTrail Paris. They cost €10 if you did not register. Registration to these sessions (7 training sessions from September to February) is separate from registration to the race. A valid medical certificate must be provided to take part in the training sessions.
Refunds in case of cancellation are available under certain conditions:
1. Having taken a cancellation insurance upon registration.
2. Sending your cancellation request via e-mail with medical proof of incapacity to participate or a document delivered by a competent authority attesting of the occurring of one of the events allowing a refund (see rules).
Once registration has closed, it is no longer possible to get a bib. Maximum capacity has been reached. There is no waiting list, even in case of cancellation.
On-site registration is not allowed for trail running events. On-site registration is only allowed for hikes and Nordic walking events.
As defined in our regulations, giving away or selling your bib is strictly prohibited.
You can upload your medical certificate until March 1st 2019 here. After this date, you will need to go to the Salon Destinations Nature to provide your medical certificate and a proof of identity in order to retrieve your bib.
Yes, if it is a license from 2018-2019 delivered by one of the following federations: FFA, FFTRI, FSCF, FSGT and UFOLEP
Your medical certificate will only be valid if it holds the mention “no contraindication to participate in sport competitions or running competitions or athleticism competitions” and if it has been delivered less than a year before the day of the competition. You will not be able to retrieve your bib if the medical certificate has not been approved by the organizer.
